If you're not into makeup, move along! This post will be all about the makeup I love. Tell me what you use in the comments! Is there something I should try? Let me know!
I don't like wearing heavy makeup--especially foundation-wise. I try to keep it minimal, unless I'm going out, which, let's be honest--is a rarity!
Here's my daily routine:
Foundation: Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream in Buttercream.
I really love the feel of this. It's a lightweight, tinted moisturizer and makes me feel like I don't have any makeup one!
Concealer: Radiant Creamy Concealer by Nars in Custard.
I just started using this and I LOVE IT! Best concealer ever. I use it on any acne for cover up as well as for my under eye area. It works amazingly.
Finish: bareMinerals Mineral Veil in Completely Sheer
Before I bought this, I thought it was bullshit, to be honest. But once I used it, I was pleasantly surprised at how it did actually bring a nice glow to my face. It seems to capture my foundation really well, and allows it all to stay in place.
Highlight: Glow Kit in Sweets by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
So lovely! I just started using this, and the four shades are each so uniquely beautiful! They blend very well, too!
Eyeliner: Stila Stay-All-Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Jet Black
I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, STILA EYELINER! Seriously, though. This eyeliner is an intense black, it stays on all day, and it's easy to use. I love it, and will probably wear it until I die.
Mascara: Revlon Ultimate All-In-One Mascara in Blackest Black and Blackened Brown
I've used various mascaras, and I'm always looking for the holy grail. This one from Revlon has been pretty damn amazing. I switch between Blackest Black and Blackened Brown. If I want a really intense eye look, I'll use the "Blackest Black." If I want a more subdued look, I'll use "Blackened Brown."
Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Auburn
I love this shit! I didn't start doing my eyebrows until a year or two ago. As a teenager in the 90s, I overplucked (that was in then, y'all!) So, I definitely need to fill mine in now, but no worries, because this stuff is stellar!
Perfume: Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium
I've been wearing this scent for two years now, and I'm still in love with it. It has a sweet vanilla scent without being overpowering.
There you have it, folx! That's pretty much it for my daily routine.
